Tracking inventory to reduce plastic waste.
Bold Reuse is a reusable packaging platform that partners with schools, venues, and food businesses to replace single-use containers with sustainable, trackable alternatives. I was brought on to design a new internal inventory management tool to support their operations across three key user groups: facility employees, operations managers, and customer success managers.
After a series of meetings to understand both current and evolving standard operating procedures, I created wireframes for core workflows optimized for tablets, mobile devices, and laptops. Through iterative design reviews and user testing, I delivered solutions tailored to each user’s needs—streamlining processes and enabling more efficient operations as the company prepared to scale.
I worked closely with the CPO and Software Engineer throughout the project to align on data architecture and ensure the design supported technical constraints, operational logic, and future scalability. Together, we made strategic decisions to narrow the scope, focusing on the highest-impact workflows to deliver a usable MVP within tight timelines.

Defining goals
Client wants to scale business.
To support future scalability, I was asked to design an inventory management system for BoldReuse logistics team that would allow for operational efficiencies as they modified standard operating processes for future growth. The goal for this platform was the following:
Goal #1: Track inventory from facility associate level
Goal #2: Review and edit logged records
Goal #3: Add New Clients and Service Requests via the platform
